How To Use Our Hot Sauce

Our sauces aren’t meant to be seen as a challenge, in fact we’ve made them so that they can be enjoyed with your meals everyday. For us, it’s all about flavour. What's the point in destroying your taste buds and not being able to taste anything else?
When we're out at events, we often get asked how to use them so here’s some easy ideas for you to try at home.
Marinade:
Our sauces make great marinades. Depending on how hot you want your meat or veg, we recommend marinating with our The Smoky One. It’s pretty much a BBQ sauce but with a bite and takes your food to the next level!
If you want something a bit spicier, our The Peri Peri one is great over chicken wings.
Dip:
The title says it all - they make great dipping sauces! Dip your chips, chicken drumsticks, sausages, sweetcorn, prawns...anything! Hot sauce can be paired with an array of different things. The key is to experiment and find the perfect flavour combination that suits your taste buds.
My favourite is dipping spring rolls in to The Sweet One - it’s unreal!
Drizzle:
Pour our sauces over your meals. Elevate your vegetables, your chicken (pictured with our The Fruity One). Start with a small amount and then slowly add more to suit your spice desire.
Mix:
Be adventurous and mix it in with other condiments!
Mix with mayo to create a delicious burger sauce (The Buffalo One is particularly great for this).
Mix The Mexican One with sour cream to create a creamy herby dip.
Alternatively, mix with vinegar or even honey to create a glaze!
