Shipping policy

We aim to despatch orders within 2 working days of the order being received by us. By default, we will use Royal Mail 48 Tracked service.

Please ensure that a full and correct address is given (with postcode) as any additional carriage costs resulting from errors will be charged. All items posted will be insured via the postal company. 

Once your order has been placed with us and changed to 'processing', unfortunately the address cannot be changed.

Once your order is with Royal Mail, we are no longer liable.
